English Journey（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、以下のデータをデバイス内にのみ保存します。これらのデータは外部サーバーに送信されません。
ユーザーアカウントの作成や、メールアドレス・氏名等の個人情報の入力は一切不要です。
本アプリでは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。AdMobは広告の最適化を目的として、デバイス識別子等の情報を収集する場合があります。
初回起動時に表示されるトラッキング許可ダイアログで「許可」を選択した場合、パーソナライズされた広告が表示されます。「許可しない」を選択した場合でも、アプリの全機能を制限なくご利用いただけます。

すべての学習データはデバイス内に保存されます。iCloudやその他のクラウドサービスとの同期は行いません。アプリを削除すると、すべてのデータが完全に削除されます。
本アプリは、広告配信（Google AdMob）を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません。
本アプリは全年齢を対象としていますが、13歳未満のお子様が利用する場合は、保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。本アプリは意図的に13歳未満の子供から個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。最新のポリシーは常にこのページで確認できます。

本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、ユーザーは本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用を中止してください。
本アプリは、英語の語彙学習を支援するための教育アプリです。フラッシュカード、テスト、スペリング、リスニング、穴埋め問題などの学習モードを提供します。
本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、デザイン、アイコン、ソフトウェア等）の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。
開発者は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの機能の変更、追加、削除、またはサービスの提供停止を行う権利を有します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

本アプリに掲載されている単語、意味、例文、翻訳、発音記号等の学習コンテンツは、正確性を期して作成しておりますが、その完全性・正確性・最新性を保証するものではありません。学習コンテンツの誤りにより生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリは英語学習の補助ツールであり、TOEIC、IELTS、英検、TOEFL等の試験における特定のスコアや合格を保証するものではありません。試験の結果は、ユーザー個人の学習状況や試験当日のコンディションなど、多くの要因に左右されます。
本アプリは現状のまま（"AS IS"）提供されます。以下の事項について、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリは、広告配信（Google AdMob）および音声合成（Apple TTS）等の第三者サービスを利用しています。これらのサービスの利用に関しては、各サービス提供者の規約・ポリシーが適用されます。第三者サービスの障害・変更等により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、本アプリの使用または使用不能により生じた、直接的・間接的・偶発的・特別・結果的損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

English Journey ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how data is handled within the App.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to external servers:
No user account creation or personal information (email, name, etc.) is required.
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may collect device identifiers and related information for ad optimization purposes.
If you allow tracking when prompted at first launch, personalized ads will be displayed. If you decline, all app features remain fully available without restriction.

All learning data is stored on your device. There is no iCloud or cloud synchronization. Deleting the App permanently removes all data.
The App does not share, sell, or disclose user data to third parties, except for advertising purposes (Google AdMob).
The App is intended for all ages. If used by children under 13, parental consent is recommended. The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated within the App. The latest version is always available on this page.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
The App is an educational application designed to support English vocabulary learning, providing flashcards, quizzes, spelling, listening, and fill-in-the-blank exercises.
All content within the App (text, design, icons, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of the developer.
The developer reserves the right to modify, add, remove features, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in Japanese courts.

The learning content in the App (words, meanings, example sentences, translations, pronunciation, etc.) is prepared with care for accuracy but is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or up-to-date. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from errors in the content.
The App is a supplementary learning tool and does not guarantee specific scores or passing results on TOEIC, IELTS, Eiken, TOEFL, or any other examinations. Results depend on individual effort, preparation, and many other factors.
The App is provided "AS IS." The developer is not responsible for:
The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and Apple TTS (text-to-speech). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. The developer is not responsible for damages arising from third-party service disruptions or changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
